Thinking about an exit and wondering what’s next?
You deserve a succession plan that puts your people, your legacy, and your outcome first.
I’m a Denver-based construction professional looking to purchase a business to own and operate for the long-term.
Selling your company is about more than numbers — it’s about finding the right fit.
You want to transition to an owner-operator with industry experience, not private equity.
You want a successor who values your team and customers, and treats them like family.
You want the next owner to run the business for the long term.
You care about preserving your legacy and see it grown after your exit.
I can work with you on a smooth transition and a successful future.
Meet your exit goals, while being flexible during the transition process.
Confident path to closing with a solid buyer — backed by a strong deal team.
First-hand operational experience and strong industry relationships.
Class A licensed professional that can minimize transition time.
If these priorities matter to you,
I could be your answer - Let’s talk
Sean Fitzgerald
Owner/Principal
After working for large, corporate general contractors for the past 20 years, I’m now focused on finding a business to operate and grow—for my family and the people who work there. I believe in hard work, integrity, and transparency, and that focusing on these qualities is the best way to serve the business’s clients, employees, and suppliers.
I began my career in construction as a laborer on a concrete crew and, after graduating from Colorado State University with a Construction Management degree, have worked my way up through the ranks of several large, national general contractors. I have built and led, ground-up construction projects in the healthcare, hospitality, and multifamily sectors. Currently in a project executive role, I continue to be dedicated to mentoring the teams I lead and serving my clients.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my wife and two young boys—coaching their teams and enjoying the activities I’m passionate about: biking, skiing, climbing, hunting, and fishing. As a Denver native, I love spending time outdoors in the mountains. I also serve on the finance committee for Seeds of Hope and have volunteered with numerous non-profits over the years, such as First Descents and Habitat for Humanity.
